The Beautiful Double Room offered a spacious layout, with charming character that added a cozy touch. The central location allowed for quick access to nearby attractions.
The breakfast situation was disappointing, as we learned there were no breakfasts available due to 'technical difficulties'. Accessing the room through a back yard and climbing a flight of steps. The carpet leading to our room was quite grimy, and the dampness in the room wasn't ideal. We faced issues with the cleanliness. Some dust had accumulated on the lamps and surfaces, which detracted from our comfort. The lack of staff availability during our early departure was a minor inconvenience, as there was no one to assist us with leaving the key.

This hotel had a central position in the restaurant which was excellent. I liked the dining room during the breakfast. It offered welcoming service and fabulous food too. I didn't want to leave and would book here again.

Our night at the Red Lion was memorable due to the unique aircraft-themed pizza menu and the delightful local ales brewed on-site.

The outside room was a great size with a comfy sofa and a spacious en-suite, and I really enjoyed the beer from the on-site brewery. The lovely garden offered perfect spots to relax while taking in the fresh air. The local area was charming. Just a heads up, it would be nice if the room was a bit more dusted, but overall, I had a lovely time! 🍻

The Red Lion has a charming and cute atmosphere. The staff were particularly attentive as a senior guest. I appreciated the spacious seating areas and the lovely decor throughout the pub.
More senior-friendly menus and options would be beneficial.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend break in Cricklade with good price value. The carpet leading to the room was very grimy, but we found a decent parking spot close by. Make sure to check parking options beforehand.

Fantastic food and charming atmosphere
The homemade Scotch eggs were a standout dish, and the on-site microbrewery offered a great selection of craft beers. The only downside was the noise from the pub which could be a bit distracting at times.

Great spot for a cozy stay
I spent one night in a cozy Double Room-it was well appointed, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. The food was very nice, I had this amazing bread and butter pudding it was the best dessert I've had in ages!
It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every penny.

Great rooms and chill vibe!
Spent a night here after a long hike. The room was spacious and super clean. It was a bummer not to find much nearby in town, and the dining area was kinda limited. The bar had a good selection, but they were tight on space since there was a beer fest going on.
